sitting on the train wondering why this guy accross from me keeps muttering just one word ...continuosly... i realise ah ha why havnt you blogged lately? Me me me, raise eyebrow and turn head to look out of window. Off i trot to my old blog site & passive angst... i cant remember my password! Oh well out with the old & in the new. This blog is well positioned with great views & i guess im starting something to place those images of works in progress & wonderings art related in between. I like printmaking; its a big part of my life but because its process driven i tend to collage with the hope that it wil inform the prints and whatever happens next. Lately more beginings (i do that a lot) and then the long run to the finish (if im lucky). Here some images of wood cutting in which i felt like i was doing a lino because this isnt my usual matrix. The wood is cheaper than metal & the surface is soft & easy to cut ..print to follow. Oh this is too easy..im not bored at all. Ready, set GO!
